USAID Dog Vest

The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)’s Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance partners with internationally-certified urban search and rescue teams – such as the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department – to bring needed K9 units to disaster areas. Vests such as this one are worn by K9 units during search-and-rescue efforts.
