- Facilities and Visitor Services Specialist
Serve as a key team member at the National Museum of American Diplomacy at the U.S. Department of State. Maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders at the State Department, particularly in the Bureau of Diplomatic Security and Bureau of Administration. Assure that programs in the NMAD facility run smoothly in terms of room setup and AV. Perform some physical work such as setting up furniture and stages for events. Participate in walk-throughs of the NMAD facility to help plan furniture and stage configurations and AV needs. Run AV during events such as panel discussions, speeches, and films.
